PACKAGING STANDARDS
In order to ship the freshest roast, packaging is done no sooner than 72 hours after roasting to allow for the natural process of air expansion to settle - giving the roast it's fullest flavor and allowing for that flavor to be sealed without issue. Since we only represent Premier Local Roasters (See our Premier Partner Page), product turnaround time is ensured.
+ Each roast flavor is packaged with its unique label and connected to its Premier Roaster so you receive the right coffee from your choice of Roaster.
UNLIKE THE BIG PACKAGERS
Large volume packagers can let their product sit for weeks or even months before packaging. This can create a stale coffee - even before it's sealed. Part of our Mission is to eliminate this delay and only package product at it's optimum time. Locking in that "just roasted" freshness and giving you an enjoyable cup every time.

Since we own the equipment, carry the inventory to grind, fill, seal, and package, orders are made when your on-line order is placed! This eliminates the "staleness" question. Very few single serve packaging companies can say this and it gives us a satisfying feeling knowing we are committed to serving the best possible product to our clients.
THE IDEA AROUND SMALL BATCH AND CUSTOM PACKAGING
Below are a sample of images of how things work (No stock images here!). We start with a fresh roast, grind it to the desired degree. While that is going on, we laser etch your pods, cups and boxes, then fill and seal before packaging it in a variety of colors. Lastly, we add the important labels and safety seal each box individually.
No big fancy machines. No huge warehouse drop shipping for hundreds of eCommerce companies. Each pod and K-Cup is measured and sealed. Each box is customized with a color, sealed and uniquely labeled and or lasered.
